Rapha Miami is a phenomenal place for kits and gear. Every visit, the staff is friendly and helps as soon I arrive. Most recently they called to let me know an item I was interested in arrived and were real accommodating making sure I had the best fit. Excited to see the new location

Alex is very nice and helpful. The shop is really nice and the bike hire was easy.

Their return policy is amazing... My husband bought hiking boots there last June, wore them for a 10-day hiking trip in July (where they gave him lots of blisters), didn't return (or use) them until the following March, and they gave him CASH in return for them! That definitely made us want to support their business in the future. Great job, Rapha!

Awesome location (you can even do a 2-for-1 and walk along Chrissy Field or soak up some of the Presidio). Perhaps my new favorite sports store.
