Said it was open and when I got there 4pm the door was locked.
It is important to have a reliable business with knowledgeable people. This guy knew a second after looking at my bike what it needed and did the right recommendations without trying to take an advantage or pushing a sale.. it is nice to know there are folks out there doing the right thing.
Great experience! It was a pleasure doing business here. Sam and his wife are awesome. They helped me find the right bike for my needs and went over everything once the bike was built and ready for delivery. Very satisfied with my bike and how it rides. Now ready to put some miles on it!
Came for some air and charged me 5$ ??? Every other place does it for free.nI bought some of parts here. Bike rides worse than when I came in. When I came back they told me they had other options but that were more expensive.????? Why wouldn't they offer me all the options they had in the first place? VERY Poor customer service.nHIGH prices. POOR quality of products and services.
Honest shop. They treat people very nice and fair. Went around and they are the best shop and most honest shop in Miami.
