Thank you to Tyler and Carrie for providing quite possibly the best service I have ever received. Their assistance with bike carriers was most helpful. I needed to see if I could attach a bike carrier by myself and they were very accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend Ocala Bicycle Center for any/ALL bicycle needs. A great sales and service experience. Carrie, Dan, Tyler, and the rest of the staff were friendly, knowledgable, and excellent to work with. They were especially meticulous to ensure my new bike was assembled and features added without damaging the bike in any way. I highly recommend this bike shop.
This was my first time into Ocala Bicycle Center and I have to say that this is my new go to bike shop. The service was superb and they were even able to squeeze me in their schedule and get me my bike back quicker than promised. They recommended extra service items while I had it in that I had not considered, not in a pushy sales way, in a sharing the knowledge way, which turned out to be excellent suggestions and prevented future problems. Extremely happy with the job they did, my road bike rides like new again! Now I want to bring them my mountain bike for a full tune up. Ill be buying my future bikes here.

I came in simply to get a gift card if you guys did bike tire repair. I was informed you guys did, what the prices would be, and options you guys offered; in a very informative yet simple manner.
