Your night shift employee Raphael was extremely rude to me this evening.(2/14/21)nI asked him if my name came up on the computer for my rewards. He wasn't listening to my full name, so I ended up entering my phone # 3 times. I told him if u had been listening when I said my name the first time we could of gotten it right on the 1st entry! He told me to shut up! What kind of employee tells a customer to shut up! I also think he cleared out my rewards points card because it said press button for a new membership. I've been a member for at least 15 years! This cashier clearly doesn't know what he's doing and he has no customer service training. He also seemed irritated because I was the last customer of the night. I won't be back! He needs to be fired or severely reprimanded!

Walgreens is good and i can find usually find things that i need there but this branch has some basic issues. It’s quite often that there is no one at the checkout area, or there is one. the associate at the register was talking to another person in another language that i could not understand and it felt so uncomfortable. They should seriously consider installing self checkout. Also, why are some prices in the store higher than online and why don’t they price match?

Family member in hospital and this pharmacy refused to honor his supplemental insurance. Whole family used Walgreen's for years. His pharmacy at home takes his insurance. This place refused. No explanation. No apology. Just rude service. Didn't even make excuse. Just said no. They got my medicine out to fast and they were friendly and caring.

This Walgreens unquestionably has the worst customer service among all the Walgreens locations in Gainesville. The cashiers are never friendly and sometimes rude (e.g. growling and rolling eyes at customers, responding curtly to my question about Rewards Points. The Archer Rd. and East University Ave. locations have poor customer service and do not treat customers well.
