Jean is the best host ! We truly view her as a friend ! I am not a hotel kind of gal, and we have stayed at some b&b's that are not very nice...BUT I always feel so at home at the Alice Person House. Always very clean, and the rooms feels like our home away from home ! I'm not even sure how many times we have stayed now ! Can't wait to visit again ! Oh...and her breakfast is always very filling and so good..she even knows that I like my sausage extra done !
This place was wonderful. So homey, and Jean brought hospitality to a new level. The bed was very comfortable and attention was given to every detail. Thanks for a wonderful 3 day stay.
A charming and friendly B&B with a perfect location, easy walking distance to anywhere in Colonial Williamsburg or the William and Mary campus...so nice to park the car and not have to deal with all the traffic! Highly recommended.
Excellent service, the staff is friendly and always helpful. It deserves more than 5 stars.
The Alice Person House is a lovely Bed & Breakfast with consistent excellent reviews. What a shame that the first review on Google is an obvious phoney. The owners have never owned dogs (or pets of any kind); a different menu has always been served every day, and a guest has never left early for any reason. For those reasons we know it is a false review!nnIt makes us angry and frustrated that someone could leave this kind of false posting. TripAdvisor shows the excellent and accurate reviews this Bed & Breakfast has received through the years. And what a shame the false one cannot be removed.
