Our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids ages 7 & 4) had a two bedroom, two bedroom with kitchenette & living space. I really like this hotel. There were a couple of problems though:n1.) We were almost unable to get into our room as the lock wasn't working properly. We reported it and someone fixed it the next day while we were out.n2.) The temperature regulator on one of the showers was broken. It was either freezing cold or boiling hot. Not safe. This did not get fixed so the 4 of us shared a shower.n3.) The toilet seats each had a broken hinge so they moved around a lot when you went to sit on them. One toilet for clogged. This was fixed while we were out for the day.nnPositives:n1.) Out of all of the hotels I have stayed in that have a kitchenette in the room, this one was the best equipped with nice, clean, mostly new looking items such as pots, strainer, roasting pan for the oven, flatware, bowls, plates, and glasses. The microwave, fridge, range, dishwasher, & sink were all clean and functioning.n2.) The closet spaces are nice with vertical shelving on one side as well as a shelf above the clothing bar. Each closet had 4 pants hangars (with clips) & 4 shirt hangars.n3.) All 3 TVs worked as well as all of the lights.n4.) Beds seemed clean and were comfortable with a good number of pillows of various thicknesses.

Stay in a queen suit. Very nice, quite, and comfortable. Full mini kitchen includes every you need for an extended stay. Recently renovated. Check was very easy and accommodating. All my communication with this hotel prior to and during my staff has been very helpful. Great employees! Very much recommended.

With all the hotels running at a stressed level during Covid, the staff at this Residence Inn was pleasant and accommodating. Our Grab-N-Go breakfast was easy to order and arrange with their QR code link. We were traveling with a furry pet and their charge was the most reasonable! They alerted us when fire alarms were being tested so our pet was not anxious. Thank you.

AVOID for short stays if you have a pet. $100 fee for pet, even if it's one night. Room was nice, if dimly lit. Staff was average. They turned off my key before checkout time which was a hassle.

I stayed here probably 30 nights over the past 2 months while trying to find a home and relocating to Williamsburg from Ohio. The staff was always friendly and rooms clean. The tv let me use my Amazon prime tv account which I’ve never seen on a hotel tv. One night the neighbors toilet was running non stop and I called down and immediately they were on it trying to fix the situation so it didn’t keep us up all night. Overall, everything was fantastic and we found a home.
