I have been taking a relative of mine here for a week now . No complaints . The customer service is excellent . There is always rooms available. Very friendly and quiet environment . Thanks for all you do !!
Wi-Fi doesn't work or won't show up. Furniture is soiled. Flies in room. Wallpaper hanging off walls. Furniture dilapidated waiting for bugs to come creeping up out of bed mattresses. Hotel will not refund
Great central location in the Williamsburg area play across from the Yankee Candle shop and not far from the outlets
Blood box mattress and box sring bed bugs headboard night stand roaches in. Athroom tv all over microwave dead bugs place is filthy owner very cheap
Super dirty rooms water doesn't work properly, i saw 30 different begs in the bed.
