Not the absolutely best Residence Inn I've stayed at, but good.nnPros:nThe suites are spacious and equipped with attractive modern furniture, comfy beds and a full kitchen.nnThere's a nice sitting area outdoors with a gas fire pit.nnI appreciate that the indoor pool was open when so many hotels have closed theirs. You have to sign up for pool time which I didn't really like but whatever.nnCons:nI was a little confused looking for dishes and found them all in the dishwasher - didn't like that.nnOne major failure - the conversion from the typical excellent RI menu offerings to grab n go breakfasts of a quality more on parole with a Super 8 Motel (egg muffins, tiny cereal and juice boxes, hard boiled eggs). The night staff was friendlier than the day staff.nnI would probably go for Comfort Suites next time I'm in town. For the extra $75 I paid for the Residence Inn, I didn't get that much additional value. I would rather have saved that money for breakfast and snacks to go.

Checked in with my family of 4, room was set up for 3. Asked at front desk for additional pillows, hotel was out of pillows. I used a seat cushion. Next morning checked with two awesome front desk ladies who upgraded our room and were totally professional and were on point...thank you!!! Recommended!

Good COVID precautions, clean hotel, pool was open with sign-up and capacity limit. They're trying with breakfast, but honestly just wait until you can serve something edible.

Fantastic stay! Had to be in Waynesboro for work during a snow storm. My boss was easily able to book for me and check-in was a breeze (you will need a credit card for incidentals, the hold falls off very quickly). The employees were exceptionally kind and understanding of my schedule. The lobby / common areas were noticeably CLEAN and smelled fantastic (during my stay it smelled like Christmas). The staff is strictly adhering to covid safety recommendations. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing to stay in Waynesboro just overnight or for an extended amount of time. Although it did not apply to me this time, this hotel is also pet friendly (bonus of seeing really cute pups during my stay). Additionally the hotel location is near many restaurants, very close to the interstate, and in a more safe part of the city. *Remember your mask for checking in or out and while in common areas
