Have stayed at the ivy cottage twice & I'm never disappointed. Love the place! The cottage is simply gorgeous. The river view is wonderful. The owners are some of the nicest and most hospitable people I have ever met. Do yourself a favor and spend some time at Virginia river cottages!
My husband and I stayed here and we loved it. Great host, gorgeous, clean, beautiful cottage on the river with great sunset view of the River. Beautiful pier to sit out on. We stayed in Karenine's cottage, took our grill, cooked out, beautiful enclosed glass room on back to have dinner or breakfast. Close to Kilmarnock and Deltaville. We so enjoyed it and the peacocks and their personalities! Will definitely return.
