I didn’t actually stay there. I called twice trying to get a monthly rate for a contract construction project....long term stay. First call...I asked her for a monthly rate after seeing the picture on the marquee/sign clearly advertising long term stays. At first she quoted me a price (2 adults per room for a month). Then she asked me why I was staying there. I told her I was a contract worker. Then her attitude and information changed. She said I would have to pay the nightly rate. I said I wanted the monthly rate. She then hung up. Second call. “Please clarify....thought you had a monthly rate”. She says “No, since corona virus they don’t offer monthly”. I said can I talk to owner....she says no. I ask her for her name....she says no. Then she hangs up again. Stay away from here. Bad attitudes.
Room#29 had no hot water in Shower. Room was not clean.nWas not a nice place to stay for the price!!!!
Quiet clean and nice staffing
Its the only motel in miles so they kinda have a monopoly. It is an older building. Nothing fancy. Simple decor. Does tend to attract a few rough characters tho. Mostly pretty harmless.
There was a draft in the room due to a gap in the front door. The refrigerator in the room didn't work and when I went to get ice, the room didn't have lights (which felt unsafe) and the ice machine didn't even work.nWould never stay there again.
