Not a bad meal, but I'd say the atmosphere of the hotel is Lemaire's biggest strength (and excuse for it's pricing), not the restaurant itself. Food wasn't anything anything to complain about, but the menu was quite limited, even more so for the drinks. My recommendation for management there would be to take the D.C. model of upscale bars and allow yourself to have a bit more modern character and excitement for your alcohol, as well as improving your wine list. It may look impressive, but over priced and under performing Californian wines aren't going to excite guests as much as an equally priced but much more enjoyable list of Argentinian wines, that take Italian flavor to half the price of a comparable bottle. It's a good restaurant, but it doesn't match a hotel that charges $400 a night.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Honestly one of the best experiences you could get. I’m a frequent traveler and I prefer staying at architectural hotels. This one, by far was one of the top. During corona, I was a bit iffy on going to a hotel but the Jefferson made the experience completely safe and worry free! The building was beautiful, the hotel room very clean and organized. Customer service was top notch as they responded very quickly and kindly. Room service was wonderful as well, they got the order right every time and brought the needed item up in a matter of minutes. The spa was amazing and the workers were so kind and thoughtful listening to all the small details. I ate at the restaurant several times and every time it was wonderful. The waiters were so funny and chatty it was nice how warm the atmosphere was. I did not make a reservation in time for Christmas Eve for the restaurant and when I spoke to the hostess she sorted a time out for me! Overall, it might be pricey but it is 100% worth your money. Definitely recommend and would return again!

The staff was very kind and helpful and the food at the restaurant was excellent! They are dog-friendly, which is always great for my family and I. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The decoration of hotel is amazingly beautiful - I would rate 5 for the hotel decoration. However, when it’s time for me to sleep, found they did NOT change the bed sheet and pillow case, though they made the bed. Astonishing! Then found their lamps, the telephone is covered with dust, I would say they didn’t clean for at least a few days.

The Jefferson Hotel is the best of the best with luxury accommodations and amenities. We find it to be well worth the splurge for a special occasion or celebration. The staff is so cordial and accommodating from check-in to concierge and we LOVE Jimmy, the banquet and events manager. He is a true professional and also brings an element of humor that any bride would appreciate. You get the confidence with him that no matter what, he'll figure out a way and get it done.
