Brand new rooms - contemporary, NO RUGS, nice new flooring, CLEAN, CLEAN, accommodates the business and the leisure traveler with a well lit and spacious desk area, has microwave and fridge. Just surprisingly excellent. This is my second stay here - one time for business, one time for leisure. Will stay here when in Richmond from now on.
Clean enough room... no bed bugs, which is a plus. I needed a room for 1 night due to traveling in weather so it fit the bill.
It's a good comfortable hotel but I didn't like the way front desk talks to the customer... Very rude. Overall experience okay
I cannot thank the staff enough for helping us with our unusual circumstance. My husband has used this hotel for years with his work and now we continue to use them for personal reasons. Clean rooms, great staff. Thank you so much for making our difficult situation better!
Absolute nightmare. From the looks of it after reading other reviews I should of expected it. Looks like the manager likes to respond to negative reviews by putting blame on the customer so it’ll be interesting to see if this gets a similar response. Save yourself the hassle and hit up one of the other hotels in the area. Or maybe just sleep in your car, it’ll save you money and hassle.
