I have been staying here for a while now and the staff started out great. I’m not sure what’s happened since I started staying here but they’ve switched around so many people now. And the new “manager” keeps ARGUING with me when I bring up a suspicious charge on my card, when I told the man I wasn’t going to argue with him about it he continued to argue and wouldn’t let me renew my room until he was through trying to explain this unknown charge.
late check-in soon found out that toilet was dirty, wooden flush, sprayed water onto the floor. range was disassembled and missing parts and hood was dirty. side of refrigerator was dirty. microwave keypad was dirty. one towel had blood on it, the other had dirt on it, none looked white. The next morning I asked to change rooms and after a reasonable amount of time, we got another room that seemed cleaner and smelled a lot better. The light switch was dirty however the toilet flushed fine and we were happy about it. I felt threatened in these dirty rooms as a high risk individual. immediately outside of my room there were cigarette butts and there was no place to let my service animal poop that wasn't already a mess.
Didn’t feel like going home so I booked a room via phone in the middle of the night And confirmed location. Got to location to be told my reservations were at the wrong location and to call and have it fixed. They said they had to cancel the reserve for the correct location. 10 mins later I’m told the reservation was canceled but I can’t make a new one with the correct location because they don’t take guest after a certain time...
Currently here. Came 2 weeks ago and loving it. The employees are so kind and I am not disturbed and I feel at home here. I'm always on business trips so I stay at hotels all the time and this one is by far my favorite ♥ufe0f
Not only is this place nice and clean and An Inconvenient area the management and staff is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this place for a long time or short time stay but I would definitely continue to recommend this place. The service is absolutely excellent
