If i could rate less than one star I would. Worst customer service experience I have ever received . The staff are so rude! The front desk agent who told me his name is Bob would not let me switch out my towels. Mind you the room only had one small hand towel and one small body towel for two people. Also, they charged me a dollar for leaving my room key in my room and asking for a new one. None of the TV channels work, Door lock is broken and I couldn't even take a hot shower because the water barley gets warm .. horrible experience. Bob needs to be fired
The knights in was great awesome vary clean and smell s great to people are vary nice and helpful I just checked out of the hotel this morning.
the floor wasn't cleaned, towels were stained with something yellow. the mirror was disgusting and the walls are so paper thin you can hear the room next to you.
This is a nice place to stay! It was peaceful and clean. It is affordable as well. I would recommend this hotel.
This is the most disgusting hotel in richmond ..they are so disrespectful people working in office,,they need to go bck to where they come from, and learn how to treat people...
