This is a great spot to relax and call a temporary home. Very clean. Good office hours and friendly staff. Comfy units with a kitchen! I would give it 5 stars except it doesn't have an option for hard wired internet but the wifi is very good. It has all the amenities to make you feel at home. Will refer friends and family if they need a nice hotel.
The worse stay ever, checked in with kids. Then when we returned to room that night roaches everywhere in kitchen area and bathroom, my two sons had bug bites(bed bugs). Then when u close room door it doesnt close all the way cold air was coming in the room all night, if you stand by door u could see outside. This is the worst place, drugs, fighting outside at night. Sheets on on bed had stains. will never come back again

I've been staying at this Hotel for a while and I am glad to be here the workers are extremely helpful, I have Cassandra that's all making sure that I have what I need and always checking up on me, Gabby the same whenever she she works on my side then I have Twon maintenance that's always around make sure I'm safe and good he has taken me to the laundry room because I couldn't carry they all know that I'm disabled so they help...I'm not going to forget the GM and AM Managers are the best. Thank you for letting me call Extended Stay America home.
