I love staying here when I come through! The staff, Sarah and Tony, make it top priority to make sure their guests are taken care of and that everything is right! We had to stay for a week while our power was out from an ice storm. It was quiet, no problems, very hospitable and personable staff!
First time staying at a Motel 6- the staff is awesome & very hospitable. The room was clean, and the ac worked beautifully. Brought my dog, which wasn’t a problem either! Good location, easy to find and easy to navigate to major highways.
My girlfriend and I stayed at the Motel 6 a few nights ago, and we were very pleased with the front desk staff! The guy at the front desk (I forgot his name) was very pleasant, and the woman Jamaica (I think that's how it's spelled) answered all of our questions and even helped us look up different restaurants/fast food spots in the area! We're from North Carolinanso we still are learning Richmond. She really made us feel welcome, and she was accepting of our dynamic. The missus and I really would love to give her a warm shoutout. Thanks Jamaica for the great customer service and we may be back sooner than expected.ud83dude0a
Through this pandemic this hotel makes you as comfortable as possible. Sarah is a great manager and makes you feel so welcome. I love staying even if it's just a night. Room was clean & bed was comfy.
Stayed here a couple nights ago, my room was full of roaches. I had to constantly wipe everything down because of bugs. The heater kept going out while I was sleeping. People kept arguing and slamming doors so I barely got any sleep. I was put in a non smoking room which smelled like smoke. After I told them I wanted to switch rooms they argued with me and told me I couldn't so staff was kinda rude. And the guy at the front desk was flirting with my wife.
