This place has been our home for the last 7 weeks. We moved back to Richmond from Portsmouth. First, after checking around, this is the cheapest place for weekly rates. I have to say that I have been pleasantly surprised at the level of service that we have received while staying here. They have extended check out time a few times to help us have time to get the money for the weekly rate. We have locked ourselves out of our room a couple times and they quickly gave us a new key card without any hassles or fees. They have trashcans everywhere and they empty them frequently. We have been very happy here and recommend this place to anyone that needs a place for an extended time.
It was clean except I found a used panty liner beside the bed ud83eudd22. I didn’t feel unsafe but I’m from this area and came to visit loved ones. I purchased snacks from the lobby and they were old and moldy. I suggested they check their inventory hopefully they do! Love the fact they don’t request deposit. I had to pay in cash and it wasn’t a problem. Nice people.
Horrible, the first room we got smelled like a straight ashtray, with an ashtray sitting on the stand with the TV. This was supposed to be a non smoking ud83dudead room, not.nThe second room smelled better but there were what looked like blood stains on the sheets. The bottom sheet was a flat sheet not fitted and coming off the bed. I went to sit down in the chair at the desk and there were crumbs in the chair, at this point I didn't bother to look in the bathroom. We just left, the $60.00 that was spent was a lesson learned to never go back. One star is the lowest I could give it.
Awesome place good customer service they just need to keep it clean..... Chairs don't just flip ud83dude43 clean them up and wash the blankets
Place was dirty and will give them another chance
