Sunil, is one of the nicest and customer friendly person I have met in a long time. I have stayed in numerous hotels in the Glen Allen area and have some very terrible experiences with them. He is truly concerned about the guest and their needs. Great place to stay.

The room was filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom. The sink had not been cleaned. The tray that the ice bucket sits on was gross. The hair dryer was coated in something gross. There were spots on the top blanket. White stains on the chair, nightstand, sofa. I wiped the headboard down and it ruined the towel because it was so dusty. Nothing had been dusted in ages. There was dirt all over the light switches. The refrigerator was a science experiment. It had black stuff growing under the layer of ice. The lobby stunk. I think it smelled like cigarettes but I’m not quite sure what that smell was. They do not offer anything. There is no breakfast, they don’t have toothbrushes, combs, nothing extra or helpful. They don’t even have a bag to put your dirty clothes in in the room. There was stains and sticky red stuff running down the front of the heater. There were balls of hair on the carpet. I didn’t even take my shoes off.nWith all that being said, the employees were super nice and helpful. The young guy working the front desk was really really nice. The lady as well.

This is a nice family that are hard working to do the best they can. It was a nice layover while traveling and I appreciate the inexpensive cost! My room was very large, everything was clean and everything worked. Check In and Check Out were seemless. (I am very appreciative!) Sure, some updates are needed, but updates are expensive, and if you are paying under a $100 per night, you can't expect a Taj Mahal.

They have bed bugs! Seen the bug crawl up the cover! The bed bugs bite my grandma on her leg and arm! Don’t stay here at all they did give us our money back but don’t stay here at all! Lady gave us a fuss but we got our money back.

We stopped for 1 night stay on our way back North East from Florida. Place was comfortable and well priced for my family to get a good night sleep before our continued ride North.
