My boyfriend and I are currently staying here have for about a month now and the people here are so sweet they have worked with us which no places are ever willing to do noise wise they take care of problem guest I see a lot of people putting this place down for being dirty and my response to that is its really not that bad I honesty haven't seen one bug in over a month of being here its 50 a night its not going to be the Hilton people use some common sense I thank these people for being so understanding
At least me and my daughter have something to chuckle about. WOW! Sad. A total disaster. As a lot of others have mentioned the Inn is overall dirty and rooms are in desperate need of maintenance and proper cleaning. We walked into the room and immediately walked out. 2 starts is for the understanding staff. Reading other reviews it seems they're used to customers asking for a refund. I should have known better considering the price but I've stayed at some great cheap motels.
Very complicated to get to your room if you don'tt know the layout, there is an elevator you can access through the lobby or from the back parking lot to get your luggage to your room. Otherwise you will be carrying it up the stairs so definitely use one of those if you have a lot of things. Other than that Crystal at the front desk is very accommodating. There is a restaurant, Ricks Rock cafe that has entertainment, usually Thursday through Sunday and the owner Rick is super nice!
Its a nice motel but there was a cockroach in our sink but they came and sprayed the next day.the rooms have microwave refrigerator cozy chair a big bed we had a nice time for 4 nights
Very nice rooms you get a big fiuffy bed and chair with stool a microwave and fridge and iron and ironing board. The water is very warm and comforting in the shower its very clean and the staff are nice.
