Stay here twice. The 1st time the room was clean but you have to fight with door to close it. The 2nd time, the room hasn't cleaned properly. The floor dirty, the toilet wasn't flushing, when staff was told about it, it was replaces it was replaced with a dirty one. Hospitality is so-so. The office lady is rude and needs training.and last but not least upon checking out at 7am we found a bed bug. Definitely not coming back.
Recently visited this motel over the holiday weekend. If I could rate a zero I would. They're shelter people that are homeless. The Homeward program displaced individuals during this time. The front desk staff (Peter) allowed individuals to keep their belongings in the room until they could find somewhere for their things. Each room was shared. The hotel put the people out the homeless and threw an individuals personal belongings in the trash. Person came back to retrieve belongings...clothes, shoes, food, non perishables, google speaker and nothing was found. Asked for a reimbursement from the district manager Dave. Have been refused any compensation. Refused to forward any info in regards whom to contact in who own franchise.
Great cheap hotel and the staff are great too
I really enjoyed my stay. Check-in was pleasant, front desk clerk was very courteous, room was neat, clean, and bed was very comfortable..
Very disturbing, police there at least 3 times while there visiting. Trashy and unkept outside in parking area
