I would give a 0 if I could. I reserved a nonsmoking room and didn’t get one. We were re-roomed 3 times and they all smelled like cigarettes/marijuana. The tv didn’t work, the towels were dirty, the shower was never cleaned, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, there were ashes on the ground from cigarettes, there was a white substance on the comforter on the bed, there was a 2 inch gap between the door and the floor and the heating unit was horribly loud and didn’t blow out heat. I took pictures just in case. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
This is a clean, reasonable place. Nice beds and big rooms. New floors etc.
Gentlemen at the front desk was very polite and kind. Best value available with a pool. Only complaint is the a/c had a slight funk. Other than that, an awesome stay
I have experienced the worst stay at this facility. Been switched in four different rooms in less than two hrs. Because of bugs/ roaches infested areas throughout facility. I would not recommend this to no one very uncomfortable visit
If I could give this place half a star, I would. The staff was rude. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The shower was either cold or scalding hot. The soap they give you is little more than a sliver.
