I have been a customer at CVS for over 35 years if not longer.CVS at Twin Hickory has the most courteous and helpful staff, and their Pharmacy is beyond exceptional and excellent. Tam,Jeffrey,Ray,Jamie, and all others in your Pharmacy have always tried in every way to help assist my family and a million thank you's are not enough for all that they do.CVS needs to recognize them in a big way because good people are hard to come by these days especially as dedicated as they are in their jobs. I thank God everyday for them and all that they do for me and how freely they give of themselves.They are definitely CVS's heroes and mine!!!! As for all the negative reviews that I have witnessed below, by those so critical, perhaps your bitterness comes somewhere from within yourselves and your satisfaction is finding fault with something or others instead of looking at your own self. If I could rate CVS 10 stars then I would!!!!

CVS Nuckols RoadnI hadn't been inside this store in several months and was appalled by the shabby condition of this store. The counters where you pick up meds is dusty and dirty..as is the carpeting throughout the store. I am seriously considering a change of pharmacy if the store manager does not take some pride in his/her store. One other point, since last year in the summer I have had to jump over the piled up leaves in the parking lot to get to the sidewalk. Something is definitely wrong with our community pharmacy when they take no pride in their cleanliness or appearance. Come on CVS! You are better than this!

Best Cvs to go too!! All of the staff members are very friendly and were happy to help me find the items that I was looking for! The minute clinic and pharmacy staff are always nice and professional!

BEST CVS EVER all the employees are so nice and helpful i was help by Chris who is the best manager i have ever delt with extremely helpful HE saved me $10 THEY SAVED MY LIFE WITHTHE COUPONS IM PERMANENTELY INDEBTED TO THEM ALL MY MONEY WILL BE SPENT HERE !!!
