CVS

I have been in the store picking up prescriptions for severe lower back pain more times than I can count in last 45 days. While service is at front store counter is awesome it is impersonal , slow and can be pretty upsetting at times. At least in my harrowing experience. They often aren't friendly, have yet to offer info about home delivery or they ignore me when its clear that I'm having difficulty walking due to pain, spending excess time on client at counter encouraging questions to minutia while the line mounts behind me. She spent nearly 9 minutes counseling the woman and blood was dripping down my leg from falling just outside. So they don' like me I'm pretty sure. Which is fine-but when i.pay Uber $9.50 to provide round trip service at 1030 am on a Wednesdaynto go one mile to store and back and meds called in at 730 pm arent ready it is maddening and costly. For some strange reason. I am beginning to wonder if I am being targeted and is this some personal thing....but pharmacy in the era of the opiate crisis is the exact opposite- impersonal and detached. Unless there may be a sale of Narcan in it for them.nYes, I was encouraged to pick uo some Narcan by pharmacist when picking up #15 50 mg tramadol.and #15 5 mg valium. Apparently I could overdose if I take them as prescribed.nAnd they'll profit nicely I imaginenFree narcan is available at the Health Brigade just up the street at 110 N Thompson thru their harm reduction programs.

The employess are always friendly and helpful if you cant find something. Service line moves quick and self checkout makes things more efficient. People complain about the neighborhood ..not the store. Its always clean.

I am very pleased with my service at my CVS Pharmacy. My pharmacist have helped me on several occasions to find medications that I have needed for various Health issues.

I’ve had truly TERRIBLE experiences at both Kroger and Walgreens here in Richmond. The incredibly disrespectful way that I was treated at these pharmacies was honestly shocking. I feel like I’m a person and not a criminal at CVS. The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are incredibly friendly, helpful, & just great. Highly recommend. A drive thru I’d overrated if you’re treated like dirt. ud83dude09

Never had a bad experience with a CVS until coming to this one. The pharmacy staff is the most rude and unprofessional group I've encountered so far. Will gladly be avoiding this location from here on out.
