Transferred from CVS last year due to cost difference. I understand that I am not the only person using this pharmacy and that I will have to wait for prescriptions to be filled at times however, having to wait for a week to have a prescription filled is unacceptable. On one occasion I had a prescription called in the AM and at evening time was told they couldn't get to it until the next day. On another occasion I was told last minute they are out of stock and will have it in 2 days. That 2 days was pushed several times leaving me to finally get my prescription 8 days later. This time they have had my prescription since Friday I was told I have to wait until Sunday. It being Sunday I called and am now being told it will be Tuesday. I will pay the extra money and will be switching back to CVS.

The pharmacy is garbage. They don't notify when prescriptions are ready or message u saying is an it hasn't been filmed. Long lines cause not enough employees and don't know how to update the information when a new script is sent.

Every month, since I have been using this pharmacy, there has been some problem/s. Once, I had to return three separate times for three separate issues. Calling in advance doesn’t help; They always say the prescription is ready and waiting; and it never is. They always have some reason why it couldn’t be done, even though they had said it was already waiting. There is a serious problem at this pharmacy.

I just moved all of my rx over from CVS, and it was a fast, easy process. Pharmacy staff are friendly and efficient in the store and over the phone. The prices are much better, and my refills are on time. ud83dudc4d

I was just rudely told on the phone that their phones were down for 3 hours, but confused how the phone weren’t working..when they picked UP THE PHONE.
