I wish I had read the reviews ahead of time. I had an appointment scheduled for a covid test that was CONFIRMED! And when I drove up they said ot was canceled with NO explanation and told me id have to fill out another form and come again another time. No notification whatsoever and wouldn't take my test then. UNPROFESSIONAL!! I deserve an explanation and this Walgreens deserves every one star they get. I've never used Walgreens before and I never will again.

I tried calling the pharmacy and was on hild for an hour. They kept picking up and hitting hold. Endless hold...

Cannot ever reach the pharmacy.nRepeatedly put in que, states we will be with you shortly. I hold for 12 #/- minutes, then my call is disconnected.
