I visited this location yesterday and the customer service was disappointing. I waited in line for a few minutes and finally got to the register . When I placed my items down , the cashier Taylor , looked at me and didn’t say anything and just walked over to go behind the other register. I turned and waited for her to walk back over to the register I was at or say something, instead she was behind the other register and began talking on her cell phone. I was a little in shock because I had no clue why she left me standing there and didn’t say anything. The other line had one customer in it at the time, so I had to pick up my items and then go wait it the other line. When I finally was able to place my items down , the cashier in that line Saiilah began to scan my items not once greeting me or saying anything. Meanwhile the cashier Taylor ,that just left me standing there ,was so engaged in her conversation as if she was not on the clock. The blatant lack of customer service that both displayed is upsetting. I visit this Walgreens often and have not ever experienced the rudeness I experienced yesterday.

What a horrible experience especially with the lady at the register. Upset because I paid with cash instead of a card she had a attitude. Almost threw my change at me. Well I have enough professionalism to not argue with someone at the job, but I did call corporate. Im pretty sure she has got away with this behavior before, but it could of been someone grandmother or mother and thats not acceptable. Get it together sweetie & leave your attitude at home and not the work place.
