The girl with the long hair who worked on the 27th of January 2021 is very unprofessional and sassy, i was 15 minutes late because I was in the drive through line for way over 10 minutes waiting for my COVID test and when I got to the window it took her 3 minutes to answer me and after giving her my last name she simply said “you’re too late”. I explained to her politely that I was in the queue for a long time she said that wasn’t true (which means I’m a lair) and with very bad attitude she added “no you can’t”

I switched from 9167 Staples Mills location to 8900 Patterson Ave. because it is closer to my home. The pharmacy staff at Patterson Ave. has repeatedly messed up prescription schedules, cancelled deliveries, not notified me when meds are not available, counter staff does as little as possible and still keep their jobs. They act as if I am inconveniencing them every time I go there. Unfriendly. Inefficient. Not customer oriented. (The front end staff is great though!) I really miss the Tony and Tim and the rest of the pharmacy staff at Staples Mills location.

Not very professional in the pharmacy dept! This is who we trust to handle our medications. Do better and fix your app that keep giving inaccurate information

As all stores, masks are required. Surprisingly, all staff had one a mask and wearing it properly. This is where the positives end. I went to pick up a prescription. I stand there waiting. The African American female looked up and continued to fill prescriptions. There was an older Caucasian lady filling prescriptions as well, who tried to me she didn't see me standing there waiting. The same gloves the African American lady had on filling prescriptions, she used to type on the computer and get the filled prescription bag to give to me. I have no problem with you wearing gloves but those gloves need to be changed in between transactions. The customer service here is ZERO. If I pretended like I didn't see customers on my job, I wouldn't have a job. I wouldn't recommend this location to my worst enemy. Management needs to take time out to train the staff on customer service. While you want to obtain new customers, you want to retain your existing customers.

Horrible experience at this location. Very rude people working in pharmacy. Very unprofessional and just all around a horrible experience with the way I was talked to and treated while trying to pick up both of my kids prescriptions! I will never return to this CVS and I don't recommend anyone going to this pharmacy. CVS needs to hire more professional people to work in the pharmacy not adults who act like little children. RIDICULOUS!!
