AVOID this CVS; go anywhere else. Read the reviews; the WORST customer service at multiple levels. The ER recommended this store as a 24 hour pharmacy. The wait in the drive-through was long; was told that the RX would be ready in an hour; went home; called to request that the RX be transferred to a closer location; informed that was impossible. Returned the next morning (12 hours later), the RX was NOT ready; no communication; no reason noted in the system; had my correct number. Then I was told to wait in another line to fill the RX. The same guy then moved over to and filled my RX. Was told that the wait would be 15-30 minutes because there were other prescriptions ahead of me. The pharmacist did fill the 7 pill RX. No one apologized for the issues. The pharmacist informed me that I was taking my frustration out on her when she had nothing to do with the situation. She then threw my prescription at me. She denied doing that; the bag slipped. Asked to speak with the pharmacy manager. Was told to called back on Monday. Every employee gets a F for customer service.

I did not order a refill on one of my medications but they automatically refilled it. When my husband went to pick up a new prescription for me they gave him the other as well which I no longer take. He immediately, within five minutes, returned the medicine without opening the package but they did not accept it. If the package was opened and the bottle was out of the bag I wouldn't have returned it. I had to pay $80.00 for a medicine that I can not use. This sort of things happen all the time and they forcefully call doctors offices to ask for refill. My daughter was no longer taking a medicine she used to take and there was no refill on that either but they kept calling her doctor's office asking for permission to refill but she wasn't even seeing that doctor anymore. The doctor's office called us and said if you want refill you should be seen by the doctor first!nIt's time to switch to a much better pharmacy.

Great place but why make the hours that the essential workers like nurses work. We can’t shop! Everyone knows Hospital hours are 7A -7p

Quite possibly the worst customer service at night by a pharmacist. Albertson is horrible, no accountability on his end and unable to multitask. Thinking of taking all accounts elsewhere just because of this 1 person.

Five stars for TAYLOR! I go to this location multiple times a month for myself and for members of my family. I get that CVS may “strive” for great customer service but realistically not all of their employees can do it. However, Taylor was absolutely amazing. She handled a problem I had with such a professional level of care. She is such a great value to the pharmacy team. Very rarely do people see a problem and actually try to find a solution. Thank you Taylor!
