Not aware of Minute Clinic Covid 19 guidelines was denied a covid test. Had to launch a formal complaint through minute clinic as I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes just to be told I am late for an appointment as there is only a 15 min grace period but when talked to minute clinic there is a 30 min grace period. How is it my fault if the drive thru is long and I was late. Seems like the branch operations lacking or are not aware of the guidelines. CVS and Minute Clinic should seriously explore to have this as a testing site, who knows maybe someone positive could have been denied for the same reason and could be the cause of spread? Regardless not blaming the employees but somewhere a lack of educating on policies and operations was not presented.

Went to cvs to buy a lighter.... One lighter, and the lady made me go to my car to get my ID, I’m 26, and then proceeded to not sell me the lighter because I said it was ridiculous. You’re coughing in your hand and then you hold my ID just to see I’m well above the age requirement and waste my time and say I have to buy it somewhere else. Now I see why the turnover rate is terrible at this location and why the manager begs people to work there. I will not be spending any more money at this cvs, terrible staff.

Would not recommend shopping here or picking up your medication unless you enjoy long waits and lack of attention. You would think being a pharmacy they would be more attentive to your needs but they do not care.

Very rude staff. And very rude pharmacy. Went for one item and checked out the mark down Halloween candy. Once they told me the price put it down on a random shelf. Very rude ladY came out accusing me of stealing it and I even opened my bag up and her response was “ the camera will tell us “. She could have went through my bag , and searched me and seen I didn’t have it. I will be transferring my prescriptions and never returning here. Never seen such unprofessional rude pharmacists in my life. Cvs should be ashamed of there employees.
