From the evaluation of my roof to the installation, my experience with iClaims was 100% positive! Jordan inspected my roof and siding and showed me his findings. The entire process was explained to me and Jordan even made sure I knew how to contact my insurance company. He took the time to explain the entire process to getting my claim reviewed by insurance and came to speak with the insurance adjuster and review damages with him. The company kept in touch making sure I knew what the schedule for replacement was and I was confident any questions I had would be answered promptly. The day the roof was installed, the crew arrived and had the old roof off and new one on in record time! They were efficient and professional and the end result is a beautiful new roof! Have been waiting since MAY for our new roof. Hard to get ahold of. Tried to get the number for financing to approve the last bit for our roof and have yet to get that number. We ended up going with a different company that came and put a new roof on within three weeks.
Jason and Jeremy answered all my calls or called me back quickly. If we set a meeting time they were usually a little early. They helped us understand the process and came to meet the Insurance adjuster. Their team that installed the roof and gutters worked hard in nasty cold weather and did a great job. We highly recommend this company as they are different from most contractors we worked with over the last year.
Jason was amazing from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer and explain everything to us not just about the roof but as well as the insurance company details.nHis company is very well organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. Our roof was finished in one day and not a single nail or piece of trash was left behind. His workers were very respectful of our property and made sure to go above expectations placing tarps around the entire perimeter of my home. All around an awesome experience that made this process a totally stress free experience.
