The old lady working in the pharmaceutical I believe her name is Ruth is very rude and apparently does not like her job very much. She needs some customer service skills.

Had an appointment here. The cancelled it. Called to see why the cancelled it and they hung up on me. I wasn’t mad wasn’t rude I was actually overly polite. I dunno there are better local drug stores

I've always had a good experience here and good customer service, I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews... I've also had my flue vaccine here and it was a very good experience, the lady was very helpful and answered all our questions and made us comfortable.
