I have been trying to fill my prescription for over a month now. At first they said they ran out of their batch for that month, and I had to wait until the next month. I went on the first of the new month to get it filled, and they told me to bring my prescription back in a few days once the order was in. I specifically told the person at the window that I wanted to pick up the prescription on Wednesday or Thursday. I went on Wednesday to get it filled, and the lady told me they just put the order in and it wouldn’t be in until Friday. I now have to wait to get home on Thursday to fill my prescription at a CVS that will actually fill it. If I needed this prescription to live, I would’ve died.

Why is it that whenever I have a prescription called in, no matter how much time I give them (an hour or a day) it's never ready for pickup when I get there? Let's just assume that when my pediatrician calls in a prescription for my sick child the last thing I'm going to want to do when I get there is wait another 10 or 15 minutes while they get it ready. I will be using a different pharmacy from now on.

Terrible customer service. Extremely long wait time for prescriptions to be filled. Even if you give them a few days, the script has still not been filled. Poor time management.

I appreciate the genuine caring of the pharmacist. If I have a migraine refill, he asks if I’m suffering right now so he can expedite my order. He is sympathetic toward his patients and is looking out for their best interests.
