What can I say about this local business that would do it justice! Probably nothing, but here is a try. The people who work here are amazingly friendly and service oriented. The business is locally owned. They are helping our city to immunize thousands of people against COVID. They care about their neighbors. I mean, the really care. It’s not just a letterhead slogan. To be clear, I’m just a guy that picks up a prescription from the pharmacy once a month. I don’t have any other affiliation with this business. But they have made such an impression on me during my time in Blacksburg (8 years) that I felt compelled to leave this review.

I came in from out of town and stopped at the drive through to pick up a prescription for my mom. The pharmacist recognized the name & came over to the drive through window for a friendly chat (wow), then dropped everything to help me handle a refill I needed for myself when I asked him what to do about the way every Rite Aid in this part of the country has permanently closed. Normally my mom gets per prescriptions delivered and just raves about this place, all I know is the good vibes and stressless service here are definitely contributing to people’s health and well-being.

I would give this pharmacy 10 stars if I could! Throughout my illnesses late last year and this year they have been, accurate, kind, and reliable. It is difference from night and day calling them instead of CVS. They are so professional, I could not ask for a better pharmacy. They are all amazing and answer questions I have and also deliver is amazing. THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER THEN OTHERS I HAD. IM SO GLAD I SWITCHED TO BLACKSBURG PHARMACY. I APPRECIATE THE DELIVERY PEOPLE. IT DOES HELP ALOT. I HOPE THINGS KEEP ON BEING GREAT WITH THIS PHARMACY. I WILL STAY IF SO. I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER PHARMACIES BUT BLACKSBURG PHARMACY HAS SO FAR BEEN DOING GREAT. SO KEEP IT UP AND THANK YOU ALL.

Best pharmacy I've ever done business with!! Staff and management provide GREAT customer service! And, they provide treats to our dogs if the mutts are with us for drive-up prescription pickup. Even the dogs love them!
