Residence Inn by Marriott Herndon Reston

We stayed there for 2 1/2 months, I was so happy with the location. The hotel is surrounded by stores and restaurants and has everything you need for an extended stay, but the best for me was the excellent attention of the front desk ladies especially Milvia, I would constantly be asking questions about the surroundings and she was super polite and helpful. Also I had a bunch of packages arrive and the staff was very punctual in letting me know. The cleaning crew was also really good, I had my 2 cats with me. I am very pleased that we chose this particular location.

I stay here 2 nights during Covid-19. Mobile check in and out. No service during my stay, which was welcome. Clean and well stock room.

Full studio apartment with complete amenities. Very comfortable place.

Pricey, dirty, day shift staff not friendly. Inconvenience customers so “housekeepers don’t have to run around.”

Only issue I had was key card never worked on gatehouse rear door which was quite inconvenient with luggage.
