The manager, Angela is really awesome! Angela and her team have gone beyond the norm to ensure that my extended stay is fantastic. This is is my first time staying here, and I will surely be back. My home away from home.
Luke is outstanding! Very friendly, professional, and efficient. He made our check-in easy and our stay comfortable. When we needed extras, he took care of that quickly as well. Excellent customer service!!
The room was clean and comfortable, I can never stay asleep in a hotel regardless of where I am. The lobby was tiny but also clean.
We suffered a bad accident on 95 and had to get a hotel. We were so delighted that there was a TownePlace Suites!nTrue to form the suite was great and the staff was super. Shout it to Angela Rashad, general manager and Luke Robert's! They make you feel like you are family. Everyone was great!
My sister booked me a stay here for 8 days and the front desk staff was awful! When I extended my stay I went to the front desk and I was getting eye rolling and attitude from this women for no reason! Imagine paying $600+ to be treated this way. If you have a friends and family code forget using it here. They will give you such a hard time for no reason. Even the manager was rude when I tried calling for an issue with my reservation. I stay at hotels more than the average person and this is not how a guest should be treated. Especially a guest that spends hundreds of dollars! Save your money and stay at the Residence Inn down the street.
