Marcos was superb. I mean he has a great customer service attitude. He made me feel welcomed before I can even get to the room. And the room was very nice very neat the bed is very very comfortable. One of the best hotels I have been at. Will definitely recommend it and will stay at this hotel whenever I am in the area.

The rooms looked new and were very clean! The beds were comfortable for both of us--I like a soft bed and my husband prefers a firm mattress. The shower was large and had great water pressure. We did not use any amenities. We will be back!

This hotel is brand new and it really exceeded my expectations! The staff, rooms, and overall service was amazing. The hotel itself was super clean and I felt very comfortable sleeping in their pristine bed. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m traveling to that area.

My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay. Great staff, great amenities, and the rooms were very nice and clean. Looking forward to staying here next time we are in the area.

The customer service provided in my second and last visit to this place not only from the clerk but also from the manager was unacceptable in addition to other issues we found during our stay.nnThe street where the building is located is extremely noisy. I couldn’t sleep well and had to take pills for my headache because of this in addition to the horrible extremely hard pillows. The wifi in the room is really bad. It was constantly off every ten minutes. Also, there are no drawers of any kind in the room to put clothes. We were in a king size bed room and it is small. And be aware that according to the clerk and the manager ALL king size bed rooms are facing the extremely noisy street. Also, the water leaks through the shower door and the floor was full of water in that area, which is a safety issue. We could fall in the bathroom. Also, every time we close the shower door, it makes a horrible loud, annoying noise and there was not cold water in the lavatory.nnWhen my husband talked with the manager about the noise and other issues, instead of apologizing, he just said that he had stayed in that room and the noise did not bother him because he is a sound sleeper. What an answer coming from a manager’s mouth. I bet he did not pay anything for his stay, but we were paid customers. He did not apologize and did not offer any type of compensation for the inconveniences. We had to stay there for two nights because we couldn’t cancel the reservation, but I really wanted to cancel it.nnWe also found out that the clerk lied to us big time. She told us that the back of the building was booked up, but there were just 4 cars parked in the back. I checked before going to the room and my husband checked again really late before we went to try to sleep and there were still just 4 cars parked in the back. Big lie!nnI emailed the manager twice to inform him about the clerk’s lies and the effect of the noise on me. He answered my first email and apologized, but still did not offer any type of compensation. The manager as well as the clerk need to be more customer oriented and work to satisfy the customers. Both need to go back to training or that hotel will probably die.nnAlso, when we checked out, the clerk did not give me a receipt. She said that the printer was not working, but when I turned to leave and looked back, she printed something.nnThere is a reason why this hotel has so many vacancies. In the morning when I was waiting for my husband in the lobby, I heard an employee telling someone on the telephone the following referring to the rooms: “There are 60 vacant, 7 in house and 2 coming”. Then, he said, “No, there are 67 vacant”.nnDo not stay here unless you are the type of person who likes not to sleep well and get headaches and do not care to fall in the bathroom, if you are not careful. Do not stay here unless you don’t care about getting excellent customer service. Do not stay here unless you like to be disrespected by the clerk by telling you lies. I will never go back.
