Great Hotel

I needed a hotel last minute and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and open the room was with a kitchenette! And how friendly the desk staff was. Definitely earned my loyalty! Thank you for being able to accommodate me on such a short notice for a few days. Hani should be given a golden star! Stellar customer service and gave me some good advice for the area on shopping and foods

It was really nice. Beds aren't very comfortable very hard.

I had a friend come with me who also witnessed the front desk Employee named Fullah at around 8pm on Saturday 10/24/2020 who was grumpy mean spirited attitude, when we approached the front desk to see about the room for 1 night rates he rudely said that their is no more rooms available. As we walked out surprised and thinking he was lieing we booked the room through Priceline on my cell and the room was available! So we went back in and to his upset frustrated attitude grumpally did his job and booked the room for me, even though two minutes ago their were no rooms available. Then on top of that he charged me an incorrect rate of $59 that during checkout the morning front desk Employee told me was incorrect. The room bath shower water is not even warm.

Been here for 6 days within 2 weeks. Very quiet. One day the shower water was pretty cold. Would have been a 5 if it wasn't for that.
