Days Inn by Wyndham Manassas

We honestly had a great mini stay here. We were on a long trip, and needed to pull over for a few hours rest. I called at 5AM, and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. We arrived around 45 minutes later, and was checked in by another gentleman. I had my service dog with me; and had no issues what so ever with checking in; as I immediately showed my ID number. The hotel was surprisingly tidy for a lower class hotel. My room was very clean; apart from a lost earring back hidden behind the sink. All linens, floors, furniture, and the bathroom was very clean. The only complaint I have what so ever, was the extremely strong herbal scent billowing in the halls and elevator. I do not personally use, but am not against medical use. However, something really needs to be done about the smell. Atleast buy some reoccurring spray air fresheners to hang up.

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last couple of years. Every visit up until now has been good. This current visit has been a train wreck from the jump. Upon entering the bathroom of our room for the weekend there was short curly coarse hairs all over the tub. Along with large amounts of long hair from the previous guests. The towels were filthy and stained along with their own collection of hairs. We spoke with the front desk asking for it to be either cleaned or us moved to a different room. They moved us to another room and I had just taken my boots and socks off when I felt something stab the bottom of my foot. It turned out the utmost care was taken in cleaning this fresh room that they left another previous guests cut toenails all over the floor. Also the door handles to BOTH bathrooms came right off in my hand. We brought this again to the attention of the front desk and it seemed like he could really care less. The same desk clerk was caught on a guests camera sleeping behind the desk snoring. When approached about the issues with the new room we were assured that the Manager would be contacting us. Never heard from them. No apologies. They just dont care about cleanliness especially in a time where everyone is hyper aware of cleanliness standards due to corona. We spoke with the clerk that checked us in on Friday night and were told that nothing was mentioned about the issues. But he would contact the Manager on duty. Well still no apologies and after the final time we were informed that they would credit us 20 dollars. Still no apologies. So if you value clean rooms that you dont have to worry about someone elses pubic hairs and dirty towels and being stabbed in the foot from some strangers left behind cut nails run far and fast from this hotel. Apparently corporate is the only possible way to get any sort of conflict resolution.

Very friendly staffs . From front desk to cleaning service and location of it great . Family or individual perfect fit . Thanks Days inn ( Wyndham)

If I could give zero Stars I would the staff was very unprofessional and not helpful at all some hotels are just good for sleep this one's was good for nothing

Well run and clean. Will stay there again if in the area.
