Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax

The inn is very clean, staff extremely helpful. We were unprepared for a couple of Covid issues, such as no restaurant and no daily cleaning staff. Staff Did bring us fresh towels, thank the Stars! Had I asked more questions I would have known not to “deck” our linens. We had a fine cold breakfast Box with fresh fruit. Funny how we think of Hilton The Best, never dawning on us that they have to protect Everyone, every guest, every staff member. And with that, they did a fine job. We will return!

Great experience during COVID. All safety measures were in place, and I could tell the rooms had been disinfected. I felt very safe staying here, and highly recommend anyone needing lodging to check this Hilton out.

I like Hilton brands and usually stay at one whenever I am traveling so I am very disappointed after staying at this location. I checked in very late and was so tired I went straight to sleep and did not care to examine the room after check in because I never felt like I had to. Unfortunately I woke in the morning and saw under the comforter, on the sheet and one of the pillows what looked like blood stains.nI immediately called the front desk to let them know about it. The frond desk staff asked to see the blood stains and had one housekeeper come and check it. After the housekeeper saw the stains, took some pictures, apologized and said the frond desk staff will follow up with me. The lady at the front desk did not seem to care, she just suggested to get me another room when it was just an hour before check out and after seeing that I was ready to immediately check out.nThis is very unsanitary and given this time of COVID, unacceptable. She was not willing to give any compensation and just said the manager is not there and will give me a call the following day. I never received any calls, nothing.
