IF YOU ARE A COLLEGE STUDENT UNDER 21 THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL FOR YOU!nOn their website they did not specify age requirements at all and allowed me to reserve a room without informing me on the age requirement; however' upon calling and confirming it, the employee said it was 21. So I had to cancel my reservation that I needed for a school trip to George Mason. I really had wished that they made the policy clear upon reserving my stay so that I didn't waste my time thinking I had a reservation.n1-star for lack of communication, please improve.
Average hotel. Easy to get too. Evening front desk staff were not as friendly as the day staff. Overall pleasant.
I love this hotel because the room is pretty with a comfy king bed. It has a make-a-drink area with a small fridge, a tv, a bathroom, and a closet with an iron. It has some space to sit and play games or whatever you want to do. The customer service is good. Also, you can park inside or outside.
Very friendly service. Clean comfortable room.
The desk staff are wonderful as our housekeeping and everyone else who works in this location. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
