I hate the unprofessionalness of cvs pharmacy. Because of there lack of attention to detail I'm stuck with choosing to eat or have my medication. There systems are not updated which is beyond me for a pharmacy. Had to call 4 different pharmacys to tell me I had less than 20 min to drive 20 min to the closest pharmacy that had it. With the respect they have I was not going to push my luck. So I have now used my money for groceries to make sure I can just live for the next week. I can't put into words the amount of deep down hate that I have for cvs and Healthcare over all.
This store just discriminated on a disabled senior with language issues. This is not fair to treat our elderly this way. The employee in the store recorded the elder and forced the client to take a store credit while all she wanted was to keep her original products. This is not fair and I hope everyone sees this because I do not wish for anyone to be treated the same way. The lady was shivering!
Absolutely ridiculous. Called in to transfer a prescription. Never got a call or message that my prescription was filled. Called in myself and was told it was ready. When i arrived I was turned away and told the meds weren’t there. The next day i came in and was told they sent my prescription somewhere else. Ran around to the other location to find out that they filled the wrong prescription even though i explicitly spelled out the name of the medication. Absolutely incompetent and unqualified workers. No idea what’s wrong with these people.
One of pharmacy tech was working like a robot. well maybe this place is too busy. I want here to improve quality so I decided to not use this one no more. Also coupon from cvs. Please don’t send me if it excludes everything except not necessary candy or soda. Sale items... were still more expensivethan Gient next door.
Always pleasant personnel and welcomed when I come through the door. Pharmacy was efficient and always willing to answer questions.
