When I pick up my medicine, the front desk big Indian guy kept speaking my name very loud many times, then let me tell him my birthday to him in front of many customers nearby, very rude.
Could not be better. Passport photo request at odd hours. Always friendly. Fairly convenient. I don't know. Some may not prefer a good product. But I do. Thanks.

Horrible. The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription sent by the doctor's office at 9pm (pharmacy closes at 10pm). My husband went there in person only to be told the prescription wouldn't be ready until the next day. It was for antibiotics for our sick 2 year old son crying in pain from an ear infection with a 104 fever. What terrible customer service and lack of sympathy. Will NEVER be going to a CVS again. Also filing a BBB report.
The pharmacists at this location are completely incompetent. They never fully do thier job unless yoy call them or go into the store and stand over them and spoon feed them the information. This store is right down the street from me but instead I drive 15 min out of my way to the cvs on Burke center prkwy because they actually do thier job correctly the first time.
