Do not shop at this location. Awful service by hana. Maybe just her having a bad day but I dont care to find out

Bad customer service.nnShopped at the other 12 closest Walgreens, this location is significantly and repeatedly worse than the other locations.

Very bad customer service. I asked a guy names Charles (white guy with a glass ) if he could help me find the certain product, he literally told me that they are not the personal shoppers . Loosen the attitude already.

Two days after testing in this pharmacy,I got no Email for my Covid test result . I spent 45 minutes on the phone here and on the lab where they sent the samples, and finally I figured out they sent samples to Tennessee which take two days to be delivered.nNow I may lose my flight and they just say sorry!

If you need a flu shot, don’t bother making an appointment here. I appreciate it’s tough given COVID-19. I also understand the store may be understaffed from time to time. But, we didn’t even get our paperwork until 20 minutes after we arrived. Flu shots are important, so plan on spending an hour here (as opposed to the 10 minutes advertised.)
