Staff at the Plantation Parkway CVS are friendly and knowledgeable. I seldom have a problem finding what I came in for, but when I do, someone is always available and willing to help. The pharmacy staff are stellar. I've had issues with my prescription insurance this year, and they've been so understanding! I'm very impressed.

I am very impressed with Francisco, an employee that is usually at night time here. Every time I come in, he has a smile under his mask and is ready to help you. He probably doesn’t recognize me as I don’t come in often and we are all wearing masks. His cheerfulness is a good example to follow. I would give a 6 starts to this location because of him and the manager that chose him to work here!

I am very satisfied with the service provided in this cvs, the staff is nice, especially Francisco, he is super friendly and is always ready to help, always answers all my questions and has a lot of patience

Worst CVS ever. The staff was completely unprofessional to me when I had a SCHEDULED covid test appointment. I spent over 30 dollars in ubers and was not seen for an additional 2 days. I was told to come back and spent more money and still was not seen. This place is horrible! unless you like being treated unprofessional, go there!

Very poor customer service, Waited too long and just they were talking on the phone , filled only one prescription in 1 hour!!!
