Great place to stay, great pricing compared to others in the area. Staff is very nice and helpful. Did a little laundry on site as well. Great stay!

Great service. Very friendly staff. Lady at the front desk called room to assure everything was to expectations. Very professional. Will definetely stay here again.

The location is perfect for Liberty University, however I won’t be staying here again. The room was not clean. The toilet had blue toilet bowl cleaner in it. That would have been only mildly unpleasant except that when I flushed the toilet and the blue water went down, I could see that there was a brown ring around the bowl. Apparently the staff thought putting blue cleaner in is enough to clean it and did not scrub the bowl. One of the wash rags was stained and had a brownish hue. One of the pillow cases was also discolored. The plate in the microwave obviously had not been wiped after a previous use because it had cup rings stains on it. The shelf the microwave was sitting on was covered with greasy dust as was the top of the refrigerator.nnBecause of Covid, kitchen utensil, dishes and the hairdryer were removed From the room and you were supposed to check them out at the front desk. I went down to check out and hairdryer and was told they didn’t have any left. I don’t understand how they could have started out with hairdryers in every room and not have enough when people need them. I had a meeting to go to and had to go with wet hair.nnWhen I went to open a drawer in a nightstand, The entire front of the drawer came off in my hands.nnI got a pretty decent price on this room and so did not expect luxury but was not happy with the state of disrepair and the uncleanliness.

The room that i stayed in today was filthy. Especially the tub. Asked to have it cleaned and was told they only clean them every 2 weeks. Will never come back or refer again

The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes and weed. Neighbors were blaring music until 12:30AM, and people were screaming and getting into fights in the hallway.
