This place was really very very good. The only reasons I knocked a star off are: the bathroom vent fan was the loudest I've heard of this type. But, the noise was just the sound of rushing air, not mechanical clanging, so it wasn't exactly annoying, just sounded like the hvac was on all night. The other reason was they turned the fire pit off at 9pm, only 1 hour after dark, when they are most appreciated.
Hotel very clean, well kept. Front desk staff doing excellent job, helpful as always. Unfortunately, apparently management has not developed a system to enforce masking (despite signs) and expecting young front desk staff to be confrontational is unrealistic.nThat said, when my lock malfunctioned, the Assistant GM came up and fixed it.
Property itself was nicely appointed, but the side our room was on overlooked a busy intersection. I've never before encountered so many folks who needed to rev their engines at a stop light - all hours of the night. Not the fault of the hotel, but I would suggest requesting a room facing the mall.
Everything was as expected. It's good to see companies adopting to the pandemic and keeping the level of service and quality one expects form Marriott. Thank you!
Room was very clean, spacious and felt very new! Great customer experience from the staff too. Overall had a wonderful stay here.
