Quality Inn Lynchburg Near University

*** HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE, READ BEFORE BOOKING*****nThis experience started with us traveling from out of town and arriving at the Quality Inn in Lynchburg. From the moment we arrived we should have known better. However we went a head and booked at 4pm on Tuesday. We arrived to our room to find stains running down the walls, holes in the blankets, and so much road noise we couldn't lay down before our evening began.....to say the least.nBy 6pm we were checking out. I asked the front office for resolution which was only to offer a room that had specifications that were not what we asked/payed for. The manager was not around but was spoken to by the front office. Their end solution was to charge us more than half of the rooms fee after I offered to pay for the cleaning service.nWe were charged $70 for 2 hours. The next morning while talking with Jason the general manager it started making sense. He is clearly 23 years fresh out of school old and does not have much professional experience. He verbally cut me off numerous times while on the phone claiming he offered me more than enough to accommodate our needs and proceeded to hang up on me.n***** STAY AWAY, BEWARE OF JASON AND THEIR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES******nn*edit* - We were also double charged, I tried a multitude time to explain this to Jason. However before posting I wanted to wait a week to confirm. We were charged twice. We will be disputing with the bank!

Came down for an engagement and was satisfied with my stay. Breakfast was a plus in the morning before the festivities, and a comfortable room made a nights rest splendid. I would recommend this property as the price point is in par with quality.

Definitely the best Hotel in Lynchburg! If you haven't stayed here yet you are missing the talk of the town. Aweosme staff and exceptionally clean and comfortable stays.

Cleanliness not their strong suit. Do not recommend staying here.

The people at the motel are very respectful an the rooms are very clean my stay was wonderful
