Tru by Hilton Lynchburg

The Tru was brand new, so everything is clean and nice. The rooms were on the small size, and didn't include a coffee maker, microwave or any drawers to put clothes (there was a sign saying you can hang items on hooks in the room, or use the floor space under the bed).nnThe breakfast was good, had warm items like a biscuit, sausage and premade patty of egg. Pretty much what I expect at a chain hotel.nnThe design was trying to be a posh boutique like hotel. It was unique and different, which I appreciate.

Booked on Priceline, got a great deal! The room was HUGE. I'm disappointed that i didn't bother to take any pictures. Especially of the massive FREE breakfast I had the next morning!!! Eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, juice(S), yogurt, granola bars... Hotel staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay again!!!!!nOh, I almost forgot... no need to take shampoo, conditioner, or soaps.. they have these amazing dispensers in the shower with all of that.. even lotion in a dispenser by the bathroom sink.. great scents for all of them!!!

This is the second time I have stayed in a Tru hotel. Great experience both times! All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, and beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast is very good! Gail, who cleans the rooms, is an exceptional employee!

Nice new place. Good for a short 1-3 visit. Great options for snacks and breakfast. Room was clean. Kinda small, for this I would not recommend for longer than 3 day stay if you travel for work. Stayed in a king room. It was small, no lounge chair. Desk was small and only room for a laptop and mouse. Hotel is covinently located to anything Lynchburg has to offer. Staff was friendly.

Staff was very helpful. Gluten free breakfast items were a blessing. Staff explained that heat/ac runs constantly to circulate air for safety. Small issue but understandable. New, clean and great price. Plan to be back.
