Comfort Inn & Suites Lynchburg Airport - University Area

I normally do not leave reviews, however this could not be looked past. David whom works at the front desk made my stay wonderful! He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and his personality is contagious! Every hotel needs someone like David.nnDavid, thank you for making my time here wonderful. You put a smile on my face when I needed it the most. You kindness and personality is exceptional. Never change!

Stayed here for a quick overnight while working a nearby jobsite. The assistant manager (David, I believe) checked us in and he is an absolute gem.nClean rooms, decent beds. Internet was a little wonky, but that was probably because of the ice storm going through the area at the time.

We are staying here while checking our son in for college at Liberty University. We are from PA and we drove half of the trip and stayed at another Comfort Inn last night. That was not a good experience. The front desk people were cold and not very helpful. When my wife booked this hotel my wife told me how helpful the man on the phone was. When we arrived we were checked in by the same man. His name is David and he is the assistant manager. What a totally different experience! The check in process was easy, pleasant and fast . Our room was clean and ready. We were also able to get a cup of good coffee in the lobby. Last night we asked for coffee and they told us to make our own in the coffee maker in the room. They did not even have coffee in the lobby in the morning! We will never use one of these machines in the room of any hotel. These machines are made for homes and definitely not sanitary. Thank you David and Comfort Inn of Lynchburg for the great service that we have already received!

I really enjoy staying at this hotel when I come into town. I tried a couple different hotels before I found this gem. I have stayed here probably 5 or 6 times in the past two years, and it is always consistent. The rooms are clean and super comfortable. The staff is so friendly and helpful whenever you need something. I really don't want to stay anywhere else when I am visiting family. I would highly recommend that you give this comfort inn a shot. I dont think that you'll regret it.

We had a short overnight stay to move our daughter into Liberty University. We paid a very reasonable price. The hotel and room look brand new, nothing is worn or dingy. The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely polite and welcoming. We will definitely stay again.
