Very nice hotel. Business center wasn't working but the staff was nice and room was decent.
bad service and you won't get back if you left anything behind
The accomodations were great. They were very nice and clean. I deducted one star because the bathtub was slow to drain.
Normally I don’t have a problem and understand things happen. Rooms dated, rooms did not have door seal. Hallway, elevator, coffee area and lobby dirty like a lot of dirt from outside all over, wrappers etc left around coffee pots and area. Guests not wearing masks. Was very disappointed. Spoke to guy at front desk on my way out extremely apathetic and unsatisfactory. Will look elsewhere on my next trip through.
